No Refunds/

We do not offer refunds on any services that have been provided. However, we will return and re-clean any areas of concern that are reported to us within 48 hours of our cleaning.

All cancellations are to be made by phone or emailing our office. If you call the office and we are not available, please leave a message.
Lockouts/
Turn-a-ways fees are charged when we arrive at our scheduled service days & can't enter and if we are turn away at the entrance, we will notify you by phone & email. Contact our office today to learn about our fees.

Vacations
We are closed on all major holidays. They are New Years Eve, New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independent's Day, Labor Day Thanksgiving Eve, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. However, if we are going to close the office for any reason or vacation days, we'll let you know in advance. Contact our office today to learn about any additional information.

Discounts
Please tell everyone about our company. If you refer someone to us and they uses our services, you will earn $25 for the referral.
However, if that referral continues to use our services for one year, you will earn a free cleaning (valued up to$100) after their year anniversary. Please email our office to let us know who you referred, so that we can properly verify and credit you.
